How It Works

To download the BIKE app, simply click here and you'll automatically be redirected to the appropriate download page for your mobile device. You can also search "BIKE" in both the App and Google Play stores.

To find a BIKE near you, simply open the BIKE app. You'll automatically be taken to the map screen, showing all available BIKE vehicles in your area. If you don't see any vehicle icons displayed on the map, zoom out to search a wider area.

To unlock a BIKE-E bike, simply open the BIKE app and tap on the "Ride" button at the bottom of the screen. From here, either scan the QR code using your phone's camera or manually enter the 6-digit vehicle code located beneath the QR code.

Just SAR1.99 to unlock, and SAR0.30 every minute to ride!

No special license is required.

Battery

The battery is splash proof, meaning it can withstand both rain and snow.

Our BIKE-E electric assist bikes are equipped with locking, swappable battery packs that we monitor and charge remotely, then replace when they're in need of a little juice.

Checking battery level is simple. Just tap the BIKE-E icon within the app to view available battery life.

BIKE-E has a maximum range of 50+ miles, depending on usage.

Safety

Most cities have a maximum speed limit of 15mph. BIKE-E's is just below that, at about 14.8 mph.

All cities are different regarding helmet laws and electric assist vehicles. Please consult your local DOT for specific information on helmet laws where you're riding.
